Murder or Justified?

October 7, 2013

Was the shooting on Capitol Hill necessary? According to the tape, these officers approached the car and had to see the child sitting in the car. Without regards to the child, innocent citizens, those officers chased the car down while firing into busy streets.
Have our officers resorted to the “Wild West”? Are they taught to shoot first, and ask questions later? The officers had her tag number and could have went to her home and arrested her for attempting to run through the barricades without risking death or injury to the innocent child or innocent citizens. There’s always a better way!
How long will our government allow officers to shoot and kill citizens at will? Because no officers are held accountable, these beatings and killings will only increase. Every officer fired into the public should be terminated and charges of “negligence” brought against them for firing upon a “minor and endangering the life of a minor”.
Who will be held accountable for this woman death? Will it be the officers or the commander that gave the order? Will God turn His head to her death? In almost all of officers shooting, they are always justified for their actions. Could there be a better way?
People are stressing because the government has shut down. What is new? They were not doing anything when they were open. God will continue taking care of His people in all situations. Why or what should we fear of man?
The LORD is my shepherd; I shall not want. (Psalms 23:1)
Thou shalt not kill. (Exodus 20:13)
And Moses said unto the people, Fear not: for God is come to prove you, and that his fear may be before your faces that ye sin not. (Exodus 20:20)
But he that doeth wrong shall receive for the wrong which he hath done: and there is no respect of persons. (Colossians 3:25)
But if ye have respect to persons, ye commit sin, and are convinced of the law as transgressors. For he that said, Do not commit adultery, said also, Do not kill. Now if thou commit no adultery, yet if thou kill, thou art become a transgressor of the law. (James 2: 9, 11)
And he said, What hast thou done? The voice of thy brother’s blood crieth unto me from the ground. And now art thou cursed from the earth, which hath opened her mouth to receive thy brother’s blood from thy hand. (Genesis 4:10-11)
For yet a little while, and the wicked shall not be. (Psalms 37:10a)
