Come To Jesus

January 26, 2014

If you are not saved; what is holding you back?  A person can be saved on their jobs, traveling, on your way to work, watching television, fishing or hunting.

Being saved is the first step to a new and eternal life. Once you are saved, the work begins. We can’t work to be saved; we work because we are saved.  It is not by our works but by His graceGod desires for all of us that none will perish, but have eternal life.

John 3:16,  “For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but has everlasting life”.

Romans 10:9, “That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved”.

Matt. 11:28, “Come unto me, all ye that labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.

TODAY is a great day to give your life to Christ.  If death over-took you today, you won’t have a second chance to get it right. TODAY, you hear His voice; harden not your heart.

It does not matter what you have done in your past, God is willing to forgive and save you. There are no sins too large for Jesus to forgive. Maybe you have strayed away; He is standing with outstretch arms willing and ready to accept and forgive you. Don’t let your past hinder your future.

Luke 15:24, “For this my son was dead, and is alive again; he was lost, and is found. And they began to be merry.

Revelations 3:20, “ Behold, I stand at the door, and knock: if any man hear my voice, and open the door, I will come in to him, and will sup with him, and he with me”.

Isaiah 1:18b, “Though your sins be as scarlet, they shall be as white as snow; though they be red like crimson, they shall be as wool”.
