With as many people professing to be Christians, there are a lot of hate and evil doings taking place upon the earth. Heaven will not open its doors for people committing evil, hate or discrimination. If we can’t love people of a different race on earth, we will only read or hear about Heaven.

It appears, people are still looking through the eyes of “black or white”. People are not trying to hide their racism. In America, officers are allowed to shoot down unarmed Africa-Americans. In America, Caucasians patients are flown to Emory Hospital to receive treatment for the Ebola disease while non-Caucasians are “left behind” to suffer and die from the disease. I was sitting with my wife at the Emergency Room of a local hospital when I noticed Caucasians patients checked in after her were called to the treatment room first. In 2014, we still find “wicked powers in high places”.

When the first Gulf War was launched, people were calling on “mid-day prayers” for the soldiers and their families because Caucasians soldiers were being deployed. After the 911, people went back to prayers and stood united. I recall, when the news media was calling on evacuation from a major storm, motorists was kind and allowing people space to enter the highway. After the storm had passed, people went back to their evil ways.

After God departed the Red Sea, people made an oath to Moses “your God shall be our God”. As soon as the Red Sea and Pharaoh army was behind them and they were on “safe ground”; they went right back to serving idol gods and committing sins.

Let love be without hypocrisy. Abhor what is evil. Cling to what is good.  Be kindly affectionate to one another with brotherly love, in honor giving preference to one another. (Romans 12:9-10

“A certain man went down from Jerusalem to Jericho, and fell among thieves, who stripped him of his clothing, wounded him, and departed, leaving him half dead.  Now by chance a certain priest came down that road. And when he saw him, he passed by on the other side.  Likewise a Levite, when he arrived at the place, came and looked, and passed by on the other side.  But a certain Samaritan, as he journeyed, came where he was. And when he saw him, he had compassion.  So he went to him and bandaged his wounds, pouring on oil and wine; and he set him on his own animal, brought him to an inn, and took care of him.  On the next day, when he departed, he took out two denarii, gave them to the innkeeper, and said to him, ‘Take care of him; and whatever more you spend, when I come again, I will repay you.’  So which of these three do you think was neighbor to him who fell among the thieves?”

And he said, “He who showed mercy on him.” Then Jesus said to him, “Go and do likewise.” (Luke 10:30-37)

So he answered and said, “‘you shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, with all your strength, and with all your mind,’ and ‘your neighbor as yourself.’”

And He said to him, “You have answered rightly; do this and you will live.” (Luke 10:27-28)

There is no partiality with God. (Romans 2:11)

Though I speak with the tongues of men and of angels, but have not love, I have become sounding brass or a clanging cymbal. Love suffers long and is kind; love does not envy; love does not parade itself, is not puffed up; does not behave rudely, does not seek its own, is not provoked, thinks no evil; does not rejoice in iniquity, but rejoices in the truth; bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things. (1 Corinthians 13:1,4-7)
