It’s Time

December 29, 2014

It is time that we match our hearts with our words. It’s time we stop playing and get real. The sun is going down in our lives and our time is short. We are living in a time when people are lovers of themselves with itching ears, holding to traditions and fables. (2 Timothy 4:3) It’s time we put aside any indifference and reach for love.

As we are about to embark upon a new year, let us not carry the same hate, hard-heart and racism into the new year. Let us leave all “dead-weights” in 2014. In 2015, let us look forward to the mark of the prize of a higher calling. We can’t move forward unless we allow God to order our steps. God is about to do a new thing, but He won’t place new wine into old bottles. Are you willing to be washed in the blood and receive this new thing? It is time that you put off, concerning your former conduct, the old man which grows corrupt according to the deceitful lusts, and be renewed in the spirit of your mind, and that you put on the new man which was created according to God, in true righteousness and holiness. (Ephesians 4:22-24)  It’s time we stop going through the motions, get serious about our eternal life, lift Him up and become sowers and fishermen.

Life is precious whether you are a citizen or police officer. When death invades the rank of family members and friends; it rips the hearts to pieces. One life is not more important than another. God have no respect of person. Every family suffers during the holidays due to family member’s absence; whether they were officers or citizens. Death and love does not discriminate. When I read some of the comments on the media, tells me that changes to the hearts are needed. There is no compassion, no love or sympathy. We are living in perilous times. (2 Timothy 3:1)

Satan is using this fourth quarter to attempt to win the game. He is pulling out hate, racism, division among the people. We cannot win if we allow Satan to divide the team. If you are on God team, it’s time to stand up and let the whole world know that you are on God team. We cannot sit back no longer and allow our enemy to call all the shots. The 9/11 devastation affected almost every race. Death did not discriminate on that day. We came together as a nation, relied upon our faith in a Living God. We weathered the storm because He pulled us through. Once we acknowledge Him, return to Him and allow Him to order our steps, is only when we find “peace” in the midst of the storms.

After the invasion of the first Iraq, we came together as a nation in prayer, asking and relying on God to protect our love ones being deployed. We are still at war today with an enemy that can take our lives, divide families, and divide a Country founded upon religion. We can’t relax because we are not fighting wars abroad; we are fighting wars at home. Satan is looking for easy preys to prey upon. We make it so easy for him by saying: “they were only officers or they were thugs that were never going to amount to anything”. The same stone that men rejected have become the Head Corner Stone. If Herod would have had his way, his decree to have all male children killed. Where would we be if Jesus was never born?

My little children, let’s us put on bowel of mercies, have this same mind in us that was in Jesus Christ. Let us love unconditional, seek first the Kingdom of Heaven and all it’s righteous, repent, turn from our wicked ways, believe with all our hearts that God has raised Him from the dead and we shall be saved from an eternal damnation.

Love suffers long and is kind; love does not envy; love does not parade itself, is not puffed up; does not behave rudely, does not seek its own, is not provoked, thinks no evil; does not rejoice in iniquity, but rejoices in the truth; bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things.  And now abide faith, hope, love, these three; but the greatest of these is love. (1Corinthians 13:4-7, 13)
