Impregnated

April 6, 2015

During a woman normal pregnancy, she usually carries a baby for a term of nine months. When a woman is pregnant, she is given instruction, advice and prenatal vitamins to carry and deliver a healthy baby. The Bible also gives us instruction, advice and vitamins (faith) when we need it, for a healthy walk with God. We may carry a desire to come to God, but it does not take God nine months to save us. The Word of God enters our hearts and convicts us that we are lost and headed for an eternal damnation.

God, through the Holy Spirit impregnated a virgin by the name of Mary and produced the birth of Jesus. (Luke 2:11) Therefore, making Jesus part human and part Divine.  When we receive Jesus, He automatically comes into our hearts. We do not have to wait nine months to receive the “New Birth”.

Nicodemus approached Jesus under the cover of darkness. He was a wise man but something was lacking. He was lacking fulfillment. He knew, only Jesus could give him the piece of puzzle that was missing. Nicodemus was thinking with the carnal mind when he asked Jesus:  “How can I enter my mother womb the second time and be born again”? Jesus schooled him on the new birth by telling him “you must be Born Again”. (John 3:4-8)

We have been born physically, but the time comes, when we must be born of the Spirit. Time does not afford us the luxury to risk miscarriages by rejecting the Gift, toying with Satan or disobeying God.  When we ask God for strength, He will give us strength. That which is born of the flesh is flesh. That which is born of the Spirit is Spirit. Birds and reptiles eggs goes through an incubination period. The birds and reptiles sit on their eggs to keep them warm and safe. We all were born with a choice; to seek or reject God. The Spirit impregnates us through the Word of God.

People have labeled Easter church goers as “once a year members”. Thank God for placing it on their hearts to come to the House of the Lord. The visit gives the church the opportunity to reach and teach. It may take people a year to come to church but it does not take God a year to save people. If they are playing with God, let them keep playing. One day the Word will impregnate them and they won’t have to play anymore. God will come on the inside and they will be changed. They will no longer be pregnant with a desire to come to Christ.  When the Word of God impregnates us, we will have a desire to come to Jesus, He will rise in our hearts and the “New Birth” will take place”. We will no longer be pregnant with a desire; the Holy Spirit will induce the “New Birth”.

The word is nigh thee, even in thy mouth, and in thy heart: that is, the word of faith. (Romans 10:8)

Flesh and blood cannot inherit the kingdom of God. (1 Corinthians 15:50) Marvel not that I said unto thee, ye must be born again. (John 3:7)

Jesus answered and said unto him; Verily, verily, I say unto thee, except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God. (John 3:3)

Prayer: Father, as many as come unto you, we ask that you receive them. We realize that we are only sowers. We ask that many of these seeds will fall upon fertile ground, take root and grow. As these seeds are sown, we ask You to water and increase the growth of these seeds. We ask You to speak to hearts today and impregnate hearts with your Words. As we lift You higher and higher, we ask You to draw all lost souls. We need Thee every hour. Bless us right now and send a revival to this sin sick world. We ask that people will repent, pray and turn from their wicked ways; that You will hear from Heaven and forgive sins and heal the land. Father, we thank Thee for hearing and answering our prayers for a revival. Amen
