When the Mask Come Off

December 19, 2016

We often hear people talking one thing while living another. Watch closely, and we will be able to take a peek of what’s on the on the inside of their hearts through their words or actions. Whatever is on the inside will show up on through their actions.

There are many people wearing different masks. If they don’t pull off their mask, God will pull off the mask and expose them to the whole world. “Beware of false prophets, who come to you in sheep’s clothing, but inwardly they are ravenous wolves”. (Matt. 7:15) “There is nothing covered that will not be revealed, nor hidden that will not be known.  Therefore, whatever you have spoken in the dark will be heard in the light, and what you have spoken in the inner rooms will be proclaimed on the housetops”. (Luke 12:2-3)

if we watch people, we will learn; it don’t matter if we are young or old. When a person show you their true self; believe it. If we don’t pull off the mask, God will pull off the masks and exposed us to the whole world. Sheep and goats has different appetites and different personalities. These two animals are different in size, shape and actions. We can’t praise God with the same mouth we use to curse our enemies. We can’t wear one mask all week and put on our Holy mask on Sunday mornings. We have to “study, to show yourself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth”. (2 Timothy 2:15) Therefore, don’t be mislead with everything we hear but “try the Spirits whether they are of God because many false prophets are gone out into the world”. (1 John 4:1)

Prayer: Father, we realize that everything first proceeds from the heart. “Create in us a clean heart and renew a right Spirit within us,” that we shall sing Your goodness and praises all the day long.
