We Stretch Our Hands to Thee

January 31, 2017

Looking back, I can see how the people in the world have become cold, selfish, uncompassionate without regard to human lives.

While we were not paying attention, the government entered our homes and told us how to raise our children. Years later, the government released the monster they had been creating  for years.

Every rule of ethics was thrown out the window to accommodate one man. What other man can mock an autistic child on national television, brag about how he can shoot a man and no charges be made, brag about groping women and the country still place him into the highest office in the Country? Since the e-verify law passed, new employees cannot start a job without the completion of an I-9. The Justice Department had the opportunity to dis-qualify him as a presidential candidate with the allegations of Russia involvement pending, not providing tax returns and the lack of a mental evaluation. Our tax dollars are being wasted on elected political officials that won’t tell Trump the truth, won’t stand up to him , won’t stand up for the citizens they are sworn to represent and allow him to do whatever he wants to do.

The Country did everything to discredit President Obama. In one week, Trump makes President Obama (two-terms) look like a choir boy. In one week, all of Trump relatives accepted the invitation to the Oval office. The ruler of darkness of this world was the first cousin to arrive at the reunion. (Ephesians 6:12c) The second was “Spiritual wickness in high places”. (Ephesians 6:12d) Third; the “dogs and the concisions” showed up on the scene (Philippians 3:2). The fourth cousin was the “evildoers”: “Fret not thyself of evildoers”. (Psalms 37: 1a) and the fifth cousin known as “workers of iniquity.” (Psalms 37:1b)

We must not get discouraged or dismayed. God is still in control. “Let not your heart be troubled; ye believe in God, believe also in Me”. (John 14:1) “But now thus saith the Lord that created thee, O Jacob, and he that formed thee, O Israel, fear not: for I have redeemed thee, I have called thee by thy name, thou art mine”. (Isaiah 43:1) Regardless of how many of Trump relatives attend his reunion, “we are more than conquerors through Him that loves us”. (Romans 8:37)

Life is filled with many tests, trials and tribulations. Some of the trials we face in life can be excruciating. “There is now therefore no condemnation to them that are in Christ Jesus, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit.” (Romans 8:1) I need just one believer that knows, God will, God will make a way. He will continue blessing and supplying your ever need. There’s still hope! “Trust in the Lord with all thine heart; and lean not to your own understanding. In all thy ways acknowledge Him, and He shall direct thy paths”.(Proverbs 3:5-6)

Prayer: In time like these, we need a Savior that will stick with us to the end. We stretch our hands to Thee. We ask You to send a revival to this evil, sinful and cold world. We ask that Your Word will shine Light in this dark world. Father, we ask that your Word will cause sinners to confess their sins, repent, pray and turn from their wicked ways. Father, after we have repented, we ask You to forgive our sins and bring healing to this land; in Jesus name.
