Trust In the Lord

During this midterm election, candidates are coming out with negative drama, false ads, and making promises they don’t plan to keep. Many citizens are voting for skin color and political party. We are not holding candidates accountable for keeping Biblical principles or the promises they made on their campaign trail. Every candidate is focused on Abortions, but no one wants to address gun control, racial profiling and equality, inflation, corruption, wasting taxpayer dollars, and justice reform. If you are content with the direction of the country, equal rights are being stripped from us, inflation is at an all-time high, keep the present personnel. If you want better for yourself and your children, vote and allow God to lead you.

With the turning away from God, the upcoming recession, shortage of everything, hatred, evil, and inflation a cause for knees to bow and look to a Higher Power? In the past, America has been deceived by the candidate’s agendas. Not many candidates have an agenda to help struggling families. In past elections, citizens have voted and placed their trust in celebrities to pull the country out of this nose-dive. We are looking to candidates, political parties, and skin color rather than God. Elected officials have led this country down a spiraling path. God is the answer today and tomorrow. God has given us His word and promise with conditions. (IF) we repent, pray, and turn from our wicked ways, God will hear our cries from Heaven, and He (not skin color, democrats, or republicans) will forgive our sins and heal the land.

Jesus is the Door and there’s no way around Him. Jesus is the only Answer to get us out of this mess that we have created for ourselves. If we want to be healed, forgiven, and blessed, we must place our trust in God and stop relying on candidates and elected officials. It has been proven over and over; NO elected officials care about the citizens. I can’t speak for anyone else, but I have made a firm resolution, that whoever is in official office, I will trust in the Lord until I die. When our way is dark and confused, God will make a way and shine Light in our darkness and bring hope to a lost world.  Don’t allow things around you cause you to give up.  We must continue looking unto the Hill from whence cometh all our help.
